Gerber had my car for a week and a half. I had my vehicle in for a claim through insurance (repair scratches on bumper) and a self pay portion (overall car buff). They completed the insurance portion but did not complete the self pay portion. They called and stated that my car was ready for pickup and I confirmed twice in the same week that the self pay portion was completed because there seemed to be some miscommunication on that. Had my wifes car back in around 2 weeks. Really good work, Fast turn around. no Issues at all.
Gerber had our car for 26 days to do 12 hours of labor on our repair. We had to pay out of pocket for a rental car throughout this process until the repair was complete prior to getting reimbursed for the car rental from the insurance company. We ended up paying over $800 for our rental car while they dragged their feet repairing our car. I can only imagine how long it takes them to make a serious repair. Never Again!!
