My service was great! They kept in contact with me throughout the process by phone and text. My repair was finished really quickly and Alec and Megan were super friendly. Everything looks good. Thank you!
Do not take care here very unprofessional as theyvsteal stuff from vehicles and rip off insurance companies as they are under investigation
My car was hit, and Gerber took care of everything! They arranged foe rental to pick me up. Their communication was top notch - an update call every Tuesday and Thursday. And when I took forever to arrive to pick up my car because of the snow, the manager helped me out by staying a little late to help out. Best customer service I've had in a long time from any place of business!
I floored they have any review under a 5. One of the most professional experiences I have had in service. The follow up was awesome. I got 2 calls per week letting me know my progress. The repairs were done early. Gerber took care of my interaction with Enterprise too. Overall A+++. Hope I never need your services again but if I do, I'll be back to Gerber.
