I'm only leaving a Five star because of my experience with one of the employee front desk employee Tiffany Reed. She was absolutely wonderful.FIRST when i called the shop to make an appointment Tiffany was able to squeeze me in for a 8am appointment the next day something she didn't have to do. I went in on Thursday, June 26th and was greeted by Tiffany. She has a smile on her face and held a lovely conversation with me and got me situated very quickly. Got a little confused with my work order, but a couple of phone calls and they got me squared away. The install job looks pretty good.
My mother came here to fix her car, they take care of customers very well and friendly, the repair was done very transparently and quickly, highly recommend

My personal experience with Gerber was quite excellent. My car was struck by a deer. The work that was done was beyond my expectations. NAILED IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would especially thank Joseph. There was some minor damages to the interior done during the process. Joseph had them fixed at no cost to me.
