I left my car for repairs and they told me it would be ready for pickup in two week. A week later they called to say it was ready. They kept me updated on the car's status every day .What worried me most was the paint color, and I was impressed when I saw it. Perfect, the color was exactly like original; it looked like it hadn't been damaged at all. Great service and very professional, thank you.
This review is especially for recognizing our Account Service Rep Jasmine who made this unfortunate circumstance of our vehicle needing repair to be very pleasant and comforting, as getting rear-ended twice within 90 days has been quite a bizarre experience. The person at the front (Tiffany? sorry, I have bad memory) was SUPER friendly both in person and on the phone. The person who inspected the car (Jasmine) was also really good too and explained the process to me well. So happy we decided to come here by StateFarm's recommendations. Dropped off the car today so haven't seen the results yet.
This place is incredible I really recommend it, they made more that I expected. Just amazing that’s all I can say. Fully recommend it . Thanks to Matt and everyone at Gerber in Duluth!
