The person at the front (Tiffany? sorry, I have bad memory) was SUPER friendly both in person and on the phone. The person who inspected the car (Jasmine) was also really good too and explained the process to me well. So happy we decided to come here by StateFarm's recommendations. Dropped off the car today so haven't seen the results yet.

Went there recently for an estimate and after I got home I realized someone took a brand new Kobalt Flashlight from my car. Please don’t leave nothing valuable when getting your car checked out here.
Matt and the staff were wonderful. They did a great job on the repair. My car was done sooner than anticipated. I would truly recommend this shop to all of my friends and family members. Thanks again Gerber Duluth!
