Had to call off work due to hours being limited during the week. Once I got in the shop, the part wasn’t ready and I had to wait another month. Once the part arrived, they called me and I took a couple of days to respond and when I called and booked the appointment, the part was gone again because they shipped it back. Finally after setting up another appointment and calling off for a third day, they made sure to get my part taken care of. I recently got into an accident and reached out for help understanding the process. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was condescending and came across as hostile. Because of that experience, I chose not to move forward with their services.
If I could give them zero stars. I would. This place has poor management and they don't take care of their guests properly and the new management is doing poorly. They need to close this place down. The new guy Mario doesn't know what he's doing. Take your business elsewhere.
