Brought my car in to get it painted due to an accident I had about 2 weeks ago. Best my car has looked since it was brand new! Called today because my son just recently got into a hit and run and wanted to get the paint fixed up. I called and asked for Tom to paint it because of the amazing job he did on my car, and the gentleman on the phone was very rude and told me just to call Tom personally because he no longer works with them. Update: The businesses response is the location reached out via email which they definitely didn't. Checked main inbox, spam, etc. they never contacted me once. Spent two work lunch breaks on first setting up an appointment for estimates on some body work for my car, and the second day to meet with the estimator. They don't replace windshields even though "Glass" is in their businesses name and windshield replacement is noted as a service on their website.
