I brought my vehicle in after it was hit while parked—clearly noting both body and mechanical issues in the original insurance claim. While the bodywork was handled, the mechanical problems were delayed, dismissed, and only addressed after persistent pressure on my part. The Gerber claims associate I worked with became increasingly rude and dismissive, and when I asked for answers, I was redirected to the manager, Stan.
