I went here after a dear ran into my driver side door and fender. GEICO suggested them and if I used them GEICO would provide a rental an no cost to me which was nice. It took them quite a while to repair the car door and fender and replace the mirror but they did good work on that. It was late January when I got my car back so I didn't look it over 100% like I should have and noticed a few blemishes that were not there when I bought the car and they fought me on it and refused to fix them. I went in 2 weeks ago to get an estimate on a repair on my 2022 Silverado. They said they would email me the estimate. I have never received an estimate, so I went in to get my estimate. Stood at front desk for 10 minutes while lady was on phone and 2 guys setting at desks who never bothered to ask me if they could help me. They weren't doing anything but setting there looking into space. I guess they didn't want my business so I went elsewhere to get an estimate. Not a very to good customer relations company.
