I first would like to say...I thank God for them. I was called immediately once my car arrived. Patrick the owner called me first which gave me peace. An hour later the body shop guy called me next. God bless you....they all said this. Even Amanda spoke with such reassuring words. Very impressed. God led me to them thru ALLSTATE INSURANCE. I had minor damage on my vehicle, they worked easily with insurance, and my car looks just like new. It was done faster than I expected, saving me money on my rental. Also returned cleaner than I turned it in, they did a great job cleaning it inside and out.
These people are awesome. They're great with communication, and the work exceeded my expectations. I have a hard paint to match on my Prius Prime, and the paint guy went above and beyond to match it, ever though that meant taking it back apart! The whole staff gets 5 🌟 from me!
Everyone was friendly during my difficult issues. All the repairs were done in a timely manner. Other than having to take it back for what I am hoping is a minor issue. However, I was offered that they would pay for the rental if necessary. I would definitely refer anyone who needed repairs done. I am very pleased with the overall experience.
