I came here to get my grill fixed from an insurance claim. It was painless and the staff was 100% professional. Im very happy.
I had just bought my new car 2024 nissian kicks had 11 miles on it. I took my dad to dinner not ever 5 hrs later I was hit by a Amazon prime van. A deer hit my car and my insurance works directly with Gerber so I thought why not, less for me to worry about. They are very friendly and responsive. They say they update you every Tuesday and Thursday. Which was true since they had my car. The one thing I didn’t like is they have automated texts that go out that are complete opposite of what they tell you.
