Great job to the Team in a Holland,mi and Benton Harbor,mi for getting my truck done in a timely manner
I was a former employee here and this location is horrible and understaffed. I resigned in the correct manner and they blackballed me from every other Gerber collision in the country because I was black. I was offered a good position in Laporte Indiana and after the GM spoke with my former GM my offer was taken back. Michigan is an at will state so it’s obvious they are retaliating against myself and every other African American person who attempts to work for them.

We experienced horrible service. This is definitely not a repair facility that you want to use if you seek quality work. I’m so so disappointed. They had our car in their shop for almost 4 months and since we have picked it up we have had to go back 3 times within the last month for various issues related to their shotty work. While we were driving the passenger side front fender cover completely blew off and the vehicle is making a grinding noise every time we make a right turn.
