As someone who works in reputation management, I understand how important positive Google reviews are to a business. I chose Gerber based on the strength of their positive reviews, which far outweighed the few negative ones. The fact that my insurance adjuster had also worked with them and spoke highly of them was the icing on the cake. Liz Stevens was fantastic with scheduling. I was a former employee here and this location is horrible and understaffed. I resigned in the correct manner and they blackballed me from every other Gerber collision in the country because I was black. I was offered a good position in Laporte Indiana and after the GM spoke with my former GM my offer was taken back. Michigan is an at will state so it’s obvious they are retaliating against myself and every other African American person who attempts to work for them.
