My car was ready before the promised date. I received updates of where they were at in the repairs consistently while it was being fixed. They did a beautiful job! They took a very heartbreaking experience and gave me reassurance and restored my car back like brand new!
Horrible place...DO NOT take your vehicle there. It took them 2 weeks to paint a hood, fender and replace a windshield. I had 3 notifications that my truck was done, and it wasn't. It only takes 30 hrs. to build the truck in the factory. There was a lot of miscommunication. The first time they said it was done, the hood looked fine, but the fender didn't look touched. I had to keep reminding them about the fender, and they would keep telling me it was done, and then they kept telling me it would be additional days, and then ... read more
I made an appointment I showed up. They didn't even know I was coming, then they never called me back. I proceeded to call them four more times gotta hold somebody twice, and they never called me back
