I dropped off my traverse for a hit and run to my hatch back at about 3 to 5 miles per hour. The hatch back still opened, closed,locked and the camera worked. The estimate was 2 to 3 days on September 1st. On September 3rd they said it would be another week. Then on September 15th they said it would be another week. After finding out my car had been hit by tree limbs during the derecho, I was pretty stressed out. Mctailia was super friendly, reassuring, and made the whole situation much easier. When I dropped the car off, the adjusters were also very kind and reassuring. They kept me informed, got the car fixed, and I’m very happy with the quality of the work.
