It's great working with them they are very patient with me. If you need work to be done this is the place to go. they're very patient and understanding. My deductible is $500 and they're giving me a chance to pay it up before I bring the car in.

I was in a car accident August 18, 2025 my vehicle was towed to the Gerber in Highland Indiana. My date for pick up was August 29, 2025 the date has been changed 5 times. I spoke to Johnny several times and was informed that one of the parts was repaired and when they got the new part the part didn't fit, so they had to order another part. I want to start by saying that the lady at the front desk has been very helpful throughout this entire process. My truck was towed to this shop on April 9th after a car accident. Towards the end of April, I was told that the part needed to fix my truck was on back order, and would not be in for another month.
