If you ever come to Gerber ask for Brandi. She goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. I had a bit of a rough start at Gerber but once Brandi reached out to me, she never left me with a moment of question, she contacted me every other day with updates, remained very professional throughout the whole repair. I would highly recommend you come see Brandi and Felicia at the front desk, you can tell they are there for the people and not the money. Wonderful customer service and pleasant experience.
Had a rough start with Gerber, I initially spoke with Nick, you can tell he hates his job, he has no motive to talk to customers, very slow paced and disengaged from his environment. Nick kept giving me a runaround on things that aren’t going to be replaced on my vehicle and I was very frustrated. After several days of dealing with him I was introduced to Brandy. Gerber repair your car in a very professional manner makes your vehicle look brand new. Outstanding service
Tried getting a work done there. The customer service lady was super rude and I guess feels the company makes enough without my business. Needless to say went elsewhere.
Gerber was nothing but helpful during my repairs process. Every single staff member was so kind and easy to work with. Special thank you to the 2/16 evening team that was willing to reassemble my car when I couldn’t get a rental car.
