My experience is nothing like some of these reviews. My repair had failed on the roof of my F150. Under USAA Star Warranty program all repairs have a lifetime warranty as long as you own the vehicle. Now, I read the reviews and was reluctant to bring my vehicle in because of them. I can tell you the whole process was extremely smooth and on time. Brought my car in for a repair a few weeks ago. Gerber took care of everything through insurance and kept in good contact while we waited for the car, even getting the rental arranged for us. Fast forward a couple weeks and I notice an issue with a wheel well on the same side of the car that was repaired. I brought the car back in and asked Dave Becerra, the Estimator I'd worked with on the initial repair job, if that might've been something that happened while the car was in the shop.
