I had my windshield replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service. Brad was incredibly helpful, he got me scheduled quickly and even provided a direct number for my insurance glass claim, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Whoever installed the windshield did a fantastic job, it looks perfect and they left my car spotless. I really appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism from start to finish. Highly recommend this company if you ever need auto glass work done!
They provided updates on estimated time of completion through text. They worked hard to have my car done even before their estimation. The car was finished before their estimated time of completion. However, I had needed to go out of town, and they were super flexible and helpful with accommodating me With my scheduling needs. Very nice and lifetime warranty on their work. Couldn’t be better.
If you want to have everything “repaired” but not actually completely repaired, then go here. They “repaired” most of it but there were some lingering marks and scratches left on the car and i had asked and followed up to get it fixed again/replaced and they never called me back. Highly don’t recommend
This Gerber Location was AMAZING. They took my car in after another collision place had caused me numerous headaches and a whole month of repairs. This spot has great customer service, listened to my concerns, and made my car good as new with no ongoing issues once I left!
