I have had multiple repairs by Gerber Collision in Elmhurst and every repair has been perfect and they send progress reports often, so you know when your vehicle is ready...and it is usually ready early. I certainly recommend Gerber in Elmhurst.
Elmhurst Gerber and the estimator Dominick Kania are just amazing.
Easy access to this facility. Ample free parking lot for repair services. The employees working the phones and office were very nice, welcoming and professional. The facility has a waiting area that was clean, well kept up and included an available restroom if needed while waiting for repair services to finish. As far as the service on replacing my vehicles windshield, spot on, top notch service.
Communication was great, quality of work made it look like new again! Dominic was great at keeping us updated on the progress.
