I have been here twice once was my bumper and they did a great job that was a mess of an accident and my car is a sportster by MB it’s hard to find parts and complicated car. They did a great job. Jump forward someone sideswiped me just a long scratch hit and run leave me with the bill. They buffed it out for me and you can almost not see it. I appreciate the way they have treated me each time. Big or small it was professionally handled. .
I had a great experience with this shop. I had an accident on the freeway and thought it would take a long time to get my vehicle repaired. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, till the repair was done, the people at the shop were very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the level of communication I received and was very happy to have my car back quicker than anticipated. Hopefully I don’t have to take my vehicle for repairs anytime soon but if I do I will definitely be returning here.
I’ve now taken 3 cars to gerber in cathedral city. Their quality and standard of work are enough to keep me coming back, but their customer service and reliability in communication is a huge added bonus. Way to take a sometimes unpleasant situation and make it easy and relaxing.
Awesome and friendly staff! Had my car in for an insurance repair and everything went smooth. Juan was friendly and answered all my questions.
