I had an absolutely amazing experience with Gerber Collision, Cathedral City. Erik the General Manager went above and beyond to make sure my Lexus was repaired correctly and safe to drive when it was returned to me. I was treated with the upmost respect by his whole staff. I was kept well informed with daily updates throughout the repair process. I happily and Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing auto repairs.
General Manager tried to fight me. He reacted inappropriate and unprofessional. Due to a car rental dispute, that Gerber agreed to pay for. But in the end I got charged for it. Manager left door open to his office for customers and employees to hear us disagreeing. He kicked me out of his office and yelled profanities at me, infront of customers and employees. This is definitely a five star shop for having your vehicle repaired. I was very impressed with the work they did on my Mercedes and especially wanted to give recognition to Frank for being an outstanding adjuster and communicator of the issues that were involved with the car repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone
