Gerber is a great place to take your vehicles for insurance repair. This is my second time with Gerber and I highly recommend if you live in the area. They also are very efficient with keeping you updated on the status of your vehicle.
My mom took her car here for body work after an accident. We couldn’t be more pleased with everything. From the moment we walked in the door to when the car was finished and they delivered the car to her, the whole process couldn’t have been any smoother. The receptionist, Kelly, was so sweet and helpful. The car was ready before the estimated timeframe and that really put Mom’s nerves at ease. Thank you, Gerber Collision & Glass!!
I’ve watched my best friend go through a horrible experience at this shop. If you’re smart, you won’t use them. It’s clearly obvious that they don’t use brand new parts. They will slap on an old part and call it new which by the way when insurance is paying for it that’s fraud. It’s also obvious that if you leave a negative review, they call and harass you about it. UPDATE: I got ANOTHER call yesterday claiming the INSURANCE said they HAD TO install the after marker headlight when the insurance company told me that was NOT true. Y’all playin Russian roulette going here. Good luck if you do. ♀️ STOP CALLING ME THE DAMAGE HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE!!!! Initially they were nice and helpful UNTIL I had to go back with an issue. My husbands car was hit and A LOT of front end damage was done. This shop claimed they “fixed” everything meanwhile there were issues they did NOT replace but charged ... read more
