ABSOLUTELY recommended! They turned around my truck in three days, vacuumed and wiped down the interior! They're GREAT community partners especially with "Ferris HS Ham On Regal!"

Wow! Jeff and the team went above what they were supposed too with exceptional results. Insurance will only cover for half the bumper to be fix. Jeff said they would take care of the other side for no charge. They wanted to say thank you to me for being a veteran. Well, I wanted to say thank you Jeff and Gerber for the amazing service. No other auto collision place in Spokane beats Gerber Collision & Glass on the south hill. Great people, service, and results for my Audi!

Brought my truck in to get the bumper fixed, they said it would be five days. It’s been 15 days and I still don’t have my truck back, every time I get an update they say they are waiting for plastic clips, that you can get at any auto zone in town, or that they are waiting for something else. Very disappointed in the communication there and their time management. Will update when I get my truck back..
They did an amazing job with my repairs my car looks brand new! Kayla was super sweet, Joel was in consistent communication with me regarding repairs and was incredibly patient with my insurance company, and one of the men that worked on the repairs even came out and talked to me when I picked it up! They were all so friendly and they even cleaned the interior of my vehicle! I will only be using this shop for my repairs in the future they're amazing!
