Very very slow . Took forever to get our car finished, after 6 deadlines that gerber’s came up with we finally got our vehicle back over 3 months later . Would never take another vehicle to this place again .
I would think that Gerber corporate would show a little interest and address the issues of this place. Its their name on the line, and they have employees at this location that work on their own projects while customer vehicles sit in the parking lot getting ignored. The place is run by kids that have no idea what they are doing, the quality is poor at best, the entire operation is a joke. Its sad that Zeigler allows them to be in the same building.
It was a terrible experience!! Front end damage to my car. I took it to Gerber on 12/11/2017. I was told by Zack several times that it would be done on a specific date. I finally got it back on 1/19/3018. I had to contact them almost every time! Dishonest and terrible at communication. Be warned....DO NOT take your car to them. If you read this review I’ll be amazed. They haven’t responded to my complaints at the corporate level.
Run far away from this business!!!! Worst customer service that I have ever received! Took over 20 days for repairs! Terrible communication and when I expressed to them how upset I was I never even given an apology. I went there because my insurance recommended them. I have informed my insurance how awful this experience was. I will never recommend them to anyone and I will never go back. Very bad experience!!!!!I finally had to pull my car out of there and take it some where else Doesn't Ziegler ford know that makes them look bad since they are right there together. Only reason I went there is because of the dealership. I will never go back to the dealership or Gerber.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Service manager Josh lied to me about date estimate put in. Would NEVER recommend.
