RecommendedI recently had some work done on my car there. I am so very pleased with the outcome. Awesome job! Just beautiful! On a scale from 1-10, with 10 been very satisfied, I give them a 10+. The staff there was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. This is the best body shop I have dealt with. 5 Stars‼️
Poor customer service, poor attention to detail while conducting repair, blatant lies about communication they had with insurance company. I had to bring my vehicle back to complete repairs that should’ve been done at initial appointment. I was supposed to receive contact from management but didn’t. I’m 100% disappointed with my entire experience with Gerber Collision.
I had the most pleasant experience at Gerber Collision & Glass! The staff was super friendly and the whole process went so smooth and easy! Gerber, Geico and Enterprise all worked together and made it seem effortless. Easiest auto repair I've ever experienced! Thank you to the team! I'll definitely use them again in the future!
They have fixed my car twice in the last year and have been wonderful! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and they do a great job of keeping you updated about the repair process. Gaylon and Brittany were awesome! Hopefully i don’t have to bring my car back for another repair, but if I do, I’m bringing it back here.
