VERY slow start...terrible at the beginning, but I guess if they flip the entire store's staff good things can happen. Eric, the new manager, took my issue of many months (mostly a BMW part issue, not their fault) and many months of terrible communication (NOT the car manufacturer's fault!) and made it a point to dig in to the issue and resolve my issues. Thanks Eric! Saved the day and a customer!
Great experience! Michael was very helpful and made sure our needs were met and explained everything. Young lady at front desk was awesome! Very personable and understanding. My car was fixed within a week! Would recommend!
My older model truck was taken there for body work and during disassymbly it was determined frame work was needed that they could not do. It was totaled but I wanted to keep it, it wasn't major damage. But they threw away practically all of the small parts and bolts that many are now difficult to find and replace.
