My insurance company had me bring my truck over for an estimate. They quoted a fast turn around time and a cheap price. I agreed for them to fix it. I called several times and was always told that the manager wasn't there or everyone was at lunch or that they think the parts came but were damaged. After 3 weeks of being told someone would call me back and no return calls. I took it to Ford on Friday for an estimate, dropped it off on Monday and they fixed it, and I picked it up Thursday.
Gerber Collision worked on my car after it was the victim of a Hit n Run. While I shopped at Walmart in Coolidge Arizona, a white pickup backed into my 2019 Sport Addition Camry with only 29,000 miles on it. The car had so little mileage as I retired right after I bought it and it was brand new. Well the bad guy was caught on Walmart 's newly installed cameras and witnesses. Forst of all it took over a month to get my car back from bumber and electrical damage. Constantly telling me they ordered the wrong part. They discounted me for this which I appreciate. However, my bumper and another part come out Constantly and I have to push them back in myself. A part of what they replaced was broken off and hanging out in my driveway. Please do not go here... my insurance company AMFAM has already been notified and they are seeking help else where than this location FOR ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS. Still haven... read more
DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP.....As you can see by the negative review they don't care about their customers. I brought my car in for an estimate it took two and a half weeks. Zero communication they just don't care
