I was rear ended and told my insurance company (progressive) that I wanted to bring my car to this shop for repairs. They did a fantastic job with the body work and were on top of things. I was updated in a timely manner. Every time I had a question or concern, Craig was always willing to help out. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

While the reason for my visit wasn’t ideal, the staff at Gerber Collision & Glass made the experience as smooth as possible. They were friendly, accommodating, and professional throughout the process. This was my second experience with Gerber, as I had visited their Addison location about two years ago, and I was pleased to see the same high level of customer service. It’s reassuring to know that they consistently provide great service no matter the location. I highly recommend them for any collision repairs.
This place is an absolute joke when I tell you, run do not drop your vehicle off here. They do not give you updates. They only have one person working on cars and then they give you excuses as to why your car is not ready. My car has been in the repair shop over a month. I have had to pay for the rental car out-of-pocket because my insurance policy only covers 30 days very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
