Wish I would have read the reviews before taking an afternoon off to get an estimate. Brought my truck in for a tree limb that fell on it and was first handed to the wrong person who started looking for hail damage. Then Brian comes out and I tell him what happened point out some damages. He doesnt take photos or notes. He says ok ready to drop off today? Got rear ended. They kindly walked me through the process and paperwork which my auto insurance company failed miserably at when trying to get this setup. They got the appraisal done and already are making the effort in one day that the insurance company has been for the past few months. Friendly and professional and no they have no clue that I posted this while in front of them.
I had to find another place to get my front bumper completed because prior service from another company was horrible. I found this place and will say they provided a wonderful experience. This place is wonderful as well as the staff and mechanics! From the day I walked in until time to pickup my vehicle the service was absolutely wonderful. They are trustworthy and reliable. I was rear ended and told my insurance company (progressive) that I wanted to bring my car to this shop for repairs. They did a fantastic job with the body work and were on top of things. I was updated in a timely manner. Every time I had a question or concern, Craig was always willing to help out. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
