Got rear ended. They kindly walked me through the process and paperwork which my auto insurance company failed miserably at when trying to get this setup. They got the appraisal done and already are making the effort in one day that the insurance company has been for the past few months. Friendly and professional and no they have no clue that I posted this while in front of them.
I had to find another place to get my front bumper completed because prior service from another company was horrible. I found this place and will say they provided a wonderful experience. This place is wonderful as well as the staff and mechanics! From the day I walked in until time to pickup my vehicle the service was absolutely wonderful. They are trustworthy and reliable. I was rear ended and told my insurance company (progressive) that I wanted to bring my car to this shop for repairs. They did a fantastic job with the body work and were on top of things. I was updated in a timely manner. Every time I had a question or concern, Craig was always willing to help out. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
