Worst customer service by Mechelle and manager is ever worst. The denied service bc I asked few questions they couldn't answer.
Dropped my car off 2 1/2 weeks ago on 6/7/21 for some minor scratch and dent work. I was assured that all of my parts were in before I dropped off my vehicle. Was told my car would be ready on Monday 6/ 21/21 so I turned my rental car in. When I got a ride to Gerber I was told it was not going to be ready until tomorrow and I would get a phone call later that day. Never received a call.
