Recommendedi have had my car in this shop twice with in a month of each other from being in two non fault accidents. they have done an amazing job both times friendly staff i even got my car back earlier than projected they are very hard working! thank you guys for the great work. they also keep you informed and up to date on the progress of your car repairs
They did a fantastic job on my car after hitting the deer. They explained everything to me after finding more damage then was originally thought. Everything was done in a timely fashion and the car looks better than it did when it was new!
Took my car in on an insurance claim. I had my car back so quick and the work was quality. By no means did they rush, but they are efficient and very good at what they do. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Our insurance company gave us the run around and these guys went above and beyond their duties. Our car was completed quickly, and looks amazing. I highly recommend them!!!
Took my car in for work last year and when they brought my car out the fender was crooked, my A pillar was scratched, and it was missing bolts. Had the car back in the shop because the clear coat that applied had began to chip and fall off. They also broke a piece of belt molding and had to replace it.
Gerber Collision & Glass in Youngstown gave me exceptional customer service from the beginning of the process until the completion of my car repairs. I was very well taken care of from all staff. They kept me well informed every step of the way, exceeded my needs and expectations, and treated me and my car as valued customers. My car looks brand new! Thank you for everything!
