I ordered from them in October and I had to do a return because of wrong gender. Let say it’s February an I haven’t received a refund or a store credit. You can only leave a message and no one will respond to you nor can you talk to anyone. This is the worse place ever to order from. I wouldn’t recommend this site to NO ONE. STAY AWAY!!!! i ordered several items online and when i received my package i noticed i was missing some items. I called them and they said they would get it taken right away and i never heard back from them. Then i sent them an email a week later asking for an update on what was going on. First time ordering from site, good quality of clothing however I received a 6pk of socks that were labeled premie, I tried to return them or exchange them for the correct size but was informed I’d have to pay $6 dollars for shop when the socks were only $5. Ps don’t wasted your time emailing customer service department... I’ve yet to receive a response.
The customer service is terrible my order has not been shipped since Nov 15 no email to acknowledge the order and each time I send a. Email of enquiry I get an auto response and nothing has.been done about it.. this is the first and last time I ll use this site.
