Very disappointed to find that Gerber does not do exchanges…purchased the wrong size clothing but all they can do is give you a refund…also did not receiving an invoice with my order and therefore if they have a price changes I will not receive my full purchase refund!…so angry …I will never order or buy anything from Gerber ever again!!!😠
Be glad you haven't received your order. I had to return mine which they received on April 26th, verified by USPS. I have sent them 3 emails via their website and still no response regarding my refund and I can't find a number where I can get a real person.
I agree with everything I've read that is negative about Gerber Childrenswear. I am completely disgusted and I wish I could get my money back. They have postponed my shipment of baby clothes three times and I keep complaining but I get the same stupid reply about how backed up they are. To be on the positive side ,patients is in order. I have also ordered many items from the internet over the past few months.Some on-line retailers are better than others. Even Amazon orders were pushed for later delivery. We have two orders that were placed with other retailers in April and still have not received the orders. Yes it is frustrating as we want it now. It appears there are many unhappy customers here. I wish I read their comments before making a purchase from them. All I am going to say is that I have never seen such poor customer service in both order processing/handing and communication with a customer. They blamed it on COVID, but for some reason other online retailers are doing just fine. Save yourself a headache and DON'T buy from Gerber Childrenswear.
Horrible! Do not shop here. I placed an order on April 11, 2020 it is now May 18, 2020, and have not received anything. I completely understand what the world is going through right now, but I’ve placed many online orders for many other stores and I have received everything or at least a notice that my items are delayed, but for this place I have received not one single email. My baby will be here any day now, and I’m sure my order will not make it before he does. They were quick to withdraw my money from my account though.
Customer service was very unprofessional When I called to talk to them about a package I’ve never received.
Placed ordere since April 12, today is May 3, customer service won't respond to messages and items won't ship either. Have requested they cancel the order yet they won't cancel too. Bad place to shop!
Terrible customer service! Order was placed almost 3 weeks ago and all items were in stock at time of placing order. After calling today, all they will say is they're behind and cannot give me even approximate ship date. So I'm to sit here and wait for email saying it has shipped. The baby will be here and most likely have outgrown the clothes before they ever ship it!
