Great people, great vibe.
I brought my Four Winns HD5 to Gerard's for service on a very tricky problem I was having with my throttle cable. The boat was still in reverse even when "clicked" into neutral. Garrett and his team of technicians went the extra mile to understand my problem and resolve it. They even took it for several test drives to make sure the persistent problem was solved. I'm very grateful for the professionalism. AAA+++! Highly recommend!
We had a weeklong family vacation at Candlewood this year and took advantage of Gerard’s 3 day special. The process of renting was easy, the staff was extremely helpful and personable and the boat was in excellent condition. We had an absolutely fabulous time.
My friend and I rented the bow rider for 3 hours and had a blast. They took the time to give us a map of the lake and went over different fun/dangerous spots. The lake has places to float around and drive at full speed so it’s got everything. We plan on doing this again next year for sure!
Third year with dock space. Super nice staff. Helpful when needed. Tricky ramp but the staff helps if you need it.
