Easy to understand and explained all options. Was great with my daughter.
Really quick intake. Tech that first saw my son was AMAZING with kids. And Dr Berry is always so kind and thorough.
My son was given a urgent MRI and everything happened timely and everyone at scheduling was fantastic
Highly recommended Albany area pediatric eye doctor who is fair enough a good doctor. His office is horrible, even after moving to new location. In late summer 2021, waited 2 entire hours in the waiting room with 30 other people to see doctor after being on time for our appointment. Office is so badly managed/ we asked multiple times for our place in the queue so we could take our kid outside ease the wait time but we’re never were told any honest information about our queue position or wait time.
