Shady... Attempted to purchase a condo that he was the listing agent and he took a backup offer that he was both the selling and buying agent. My lawyer was shocked at this and viewed it as unethical and stated it's unlawful in other provinces as well. Took ages and a lot of work on my end to get the condo documents and ultimately ended in me losing the condo..
Gerard helped with both a purchase and a sale of our home! He was easy to work with and efficient with knowing and providing the paperwork requirements. Always available and answers calls and questions quickly! Pushed for efficiency and actively promoted. Had a great photographer with our sale too. I look online all the time and lots of photos for homes make me not want to keep looking. Our photos were too notch! Those are the things you need in a realtor! Thanks Gerard!
