How many times do you have to call a doctor’s office and leave voicemails, to get a call back? I’m Genuinely asking because I saw this “doctor” summer 2024 and I still Can’t get a call back with my test results, and my Primary requested them and hasn’t gotten them either!
I was referred to Dr. Bazile by my primary MD after finding a suspicious nodule on my thyroid. Dr. Bazile took the time to walk me through my diagnosis and proceeded to order me the correct labs and biopsy to see if I needed further treatment. When all results came back he then sat with me and answered all my questions and gave me his detailed recommendations on my next step. Nice Doctor,he will call you for update..
I have been trying to contact them for weeks only to realize that the phone number here is not even the real one. I tried to visit the office but it was empty, so it's either closed or they close earlier than stated. I have not been able to contact them, nor has my PCP been able to. What is going on?
I would not give any stars but you must in order to leave a review. After being referred by my primary physician, I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment scheduled within 2 weeks of calling. Two days before my appointment I had to call and leave a voice mail to cancel due to a family emergency out of state. The office did return my call and left a voice mail the following day to acknowledge my message and requested I call back to reschedule.
