I was in overnight in Day Surgery a couple of weeks ago and I can't praise the staff enough. Each and everyone of them was fantastic, they we incredibly friendly, they all made me feel cared for, comfortable and nothing was any trouble even with their busy day. The food and service was also great. Thanks Linda, Lara and all the staff. Priscilla (Pip)

I've been to the ED on several occasions, always treated beautifully. Great ED staff couldn't get better.....But my first time in the ward for 5days. My bed wasn't changed once in 5 days,and had blood over sheets,pillow and blankets from IV. I had no shower for 5 days, asking for a hot or cold pack from my migraine was like such a drama,and I didn't always get one,as apparently she couldn't find one.
