Worst customer service I have ever had in Geraldton… I don’t know how you could employ such an arrogant rude man.. especially when we had spent $$$$$$$$… I will not name him, but I’m sure he knows who he is.. very disappointed
Hard to get a service within 3 months but parts were prompt and the staff were friendly 👍
Got some dirty fuel while travelling, power issues and a fault light. Rang these guys a few days before we got to Geraldton. They where brilliant, replaced fuel filter quickly and inexpensively while we waited. Back on the road and all good. Thanks very much.
We test drove the land cruiser 200 series at Isuzu last Saturday the 11th of May. We offered $85, 000 and they said they would say what they could do. They were also doing up a trade-in price for our vehicle. I felt really uneasy leaving because they didn't seem like they wanted to sell the vehicle. We would have been happy to sign a contract there and then. I was suspicious and made the salesperson promise he wouldn't sell it from under us.
