Had a bad experience at this car wash today. Waited in line for 30 minutes and it had finally come to be my turn, but the car wash did not start although it was already paid for. Went to try get a refund but the office was closed. This had happened to us before and we were hoping for it to change but clearly it has not. I’m now wondering where and if I could get a refund since the office was closed and the contact number is unavailable.
Terrible clean. Some sprays not working. Very minimal products used and time shortened. It used to be a great service when owned by Bob, but it's crap now!
