Amazing service. Driving thru Geraldton on a Friday my fuel filter light came up. Jeff talked me thru the reset. Then I drove over and they switched out a fresh filter 4.30pm on a Friday! Legends
A fantastic job getting our Prado sorted after we put the wrong fuel in. You saved our holiday! Thank you to Sandra and Shelley and the great mechanic who spent 3 hours fixing our car. Forever grateful
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the workmanship. I was told the job would take around 5 hours, but I ended up waiting approximately 8.5 hours. The service and staff were okay, but the actual workmanship was not. After leaving the workshop, I noticed that the battery bracket had been broken/damaged during the work. I returned and waited another 30 minutes for them to fix it, but the problem was still not properly resolved. I expect much better workmanship from a professional workshop. Managed to do a quick scan of our Prado for us for air suspension issues despite being fully booked. A suggestion as to what the issue was, helped us get the part and we were on our way again. Thanks heaps team.
Took the 4x4 in to get a snorkel fitted sent photo in before taking the car in was all good. then we get a phone call saying they can't do the job. Witch is fine so we said we would buy the snorkel anyway and get it fitted. Just to do the right thing. Suport local right. DONT BOTHER when I went to get the car I had to pay an extra $200 for labour... apparently that is the discounted price.. so I paid the bill and that's it never again will I go back... what a joke... $200 for them to say they cant do the job.... evan tho the... read more
