On the evening of last Thursday, my vehicle required towing to Gerald's. By Friday afternoon, Service Manager Tim informed me that battery replacements were necessary for my Jeep. The components utilized were of superior quality, and the associated costs were quite competitive. As a recent Summerville resident, I intend to utilize Gerald's for all future automotive service requirements. I am highly satisfied with the service provided.
Corporate account. Had a 10 am appointment. Got her at 9:45 for a simple brake job, set up days before. It's now 5:10.... almost 7.5 hours later and I am STILL waiting. I don't know why we come here. Does no good to make an appointment, apparently. Have no idea when I can be done.
My last visit at Geralds was bad since i just got a new tire from them on Monday and on Wensday my tire pressure was low.
