I think the shrimp were still wiggling last night they were so fresh! 😃 Our first meal on Tybee for our vacation and it did not disappoint. I had the fried shrimp and my husband had the brisket panini. So glad you have reopened. We missed you! Just wish you were open all week.

Picked up a to-go order outside so my friends and I could enjoy a "social distancing" lunch. We all got the fried shrimp. It was very flavorable but the best thing about it was the breading. I hate when you get fried shrimp and the breading falls off. Their shrimp has a lightly coated breading, that doesnt fall off and is just perfect for dipping. Reminds me of Groover's shrimp. we are here May 16 and was very pleased with our food. I had the shrimp po boy and my husband has a barbecue sandwich. all very good. not to forget the hushpuppies are out of this world good. they are taking the CDC guidelines extremely seriously as should we all. I appreciate a business that is. Go out and support this local business as now more than ever they need the support. Have patience as all restaurants work through reopening.
We went to Geralds today. The fried shrimp was tough and the brisket was fatty. They have taken the regulations to the extreme. They have an online ordering system which is not user friendly and you pay online. You are expected to tip prior to receiving your food and service. We understand these are difficult times however the extreme regulations and the fact that one of our orders was lost was very frustrating. The ordering system was blamed for the mix up and no attempt was made to make up for the wait on the food.
