Gerald provided prompt service, arrived in time to repair HVAC split system, and charged less for the trip charge ($35 vs $90) and lower cost for freon than most competitors. Gerald communicated effectively while repairing AC system and did an excellent job. Gerald, at no time, try to sell unnecessary items and provided a better price than other competitors in the area.
Awesome A/C tech, diagnosed and fixed the problem with our unit very quickly, and for a lot less than expected. I will definitely use if needed again!
