I visited Dr. King complaining of hip pain. After seeing my x-rays and examining me, he ruled out the need for surgery. At that point, he was of little further help. He said that he could not diagnose the source of my pain and suggested I strengthen my core muscles. That's an odd prognosis. He grudgingly agreed that it might be bursitis and expressed a willingness to administer cortisone. But he said that he did not know "where to direct the injection." He only discussed anti-inflammatories at m
Dr. King recently performed my hip replacement surgery. From my initial appointment with him through the completion of the surgery, he and his staff have provided stellar professionalism and care. It has been nearly 2 weeks since my surgery, and I am feeling and moving very well. I look forward to my follow-up appointment this week, and continued progress. I highly recommend Dr. King. He is a true professional, and excellent physician.
This was one of the best surgical experiences I've ever had! From various staff: front office, x-ray, nurses, etc. and Dr. King himself, it was awesome. Always courteous, helpful and pleasant, which is appreciated when in pain. Surgery went great, with spinal instead of general, home the day after a hip replacement & mending beautifully after a little more than 2 weeks. I just LOVE 'em! Have recommended & will be happy to use again if necessary.
Completed surgery this week and so far am very happy with not only Dr. King, but with his staff and organization. He has a well organized group of professionals that support the overall experience including his PA, front office staff, liaison, scheduler, etc.
I was introduced to Dr. King by accident in September, 2016. Literally, by accident as I had broken my ankle and like Humpty Dumpty, he put it all together again. From his surgery to following his rehab instructions, the ankle healed wonderfully. When I began having hip pain, I immediately went to see Dr. King. I had a total hip replacement and now pain once experienced is gone. I would return to him again for any orthopedic concerns and will recommend him to others with problems.
I saw him after my kneecap dislocated. I didn't have insurance I paid 150 dollars for him to spend 2 mins with me. He had zero interest in helping me. Terrible doctor and terrible person.
I was not happy with my appointment with dr. king . I hell no would I recommending dr. king he a joke!!!!!
Dr King performed total knee replacement on my left and later right. Dr King really cares for his patients. I would and have recommended him multiple times.
Great bedside manner and really seems to care about his patients. Explains not only what but why. Very down to earth.
