I bought a 2022 ***** CRV in April 2024 in Matteson, I live in ********, 100 miles away. In July 2024, I experienced my first flat tire on a Sunday morning in downtown ********. When I started to change the tire, I found that the lug nut key was missing. I had been working with the salesperson at Gerald to purchase a 1794 Toyota Tundra. I was told no deposit was needed. The salesperson was able to locate the accessories I was requesting on Friday, May 26th. I was told to come in the next morning (May 27, 2023) at 9:30 to complete paperwork and truck with installed accessories would be ready the following week. I arrived at the dealership at 9:20 ready to complete paperwork and was told by the salesperson the Tundra had been sold. The Tundra was on the lot. He explained a dep... read more
