I've been happy with my 2016 Subaru however I'm not trying to get information on my "life time powertrain warranty" and not able to get any answers. The 844 phone number is just a voicemail an they never call back. It seems like I have to front the cost and the fight to get reimbursed. This warranty is why I purchased the car from this dealership. VERY DISSPOINTED BY SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
I didn't buy my Subbies here, but I do get them maintained here since I moved to the area. The service staff is incredible, I've had a few minor things I've needed to bring cars in for and I always seem to work with Leo who is super friendly, patient with my typical male half understanding what he's saying and what my car has, and works to get me a good deal. Would recommend! I also hear that warranty is legit so that's a super good deal on a used car imo.
I brought in my Crosstrek Sport for its 6-month inspection and oil change. I had an additional issue that I wanted them to check out and they didn’t mind looking into it. I’m satisfied with the service and appreciated the car wash! Thank you to the Advisor and Technician! The waiting area is comfortable and they have snacks, sodas, coffee, and bottled water. Oh, I got to see my salesman while I was waiting and I was glad to see him. I trust the service department and would definitely recommend it.

Great service team! Was easy to make an appointment online. Fast check in, excellent results! Doesn't hurt that they have a very clean, comfortable and fully stocked drink and snack area while you are waiting!
