Gerald did new construction on our home in Old Mandeville. The week after we moved in, we had a rainy period… In the midst of the first night of downpour, we had rain, not dripping, rain in our hallway. Gerald - after one year of texting, prodding, calling, begging - STILL has not repaired the two areas of roof leaks
They did not finish the job! It’s been 6 months and Gerald will not return our call. Very unprofessional. They put tin over a rotten spot and our roof still leaks. Half of the workers were smoking marijuana in my driveway when I got home one day. They left trash from their lunch breaks and they left nails everywhere. They also filled my garbage bin up with our old shingles and left them there as well. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company.
