Ny husband and I highly recommend Smurl HVAC! From the estimate to the installation, Chris and his crew were a pleasure! We had 3 mini split units installed and were thrilled with the results! The Mitsubishi units are quiet and energy efficient! No more turning the volume on the TV up so we can hear it over the window units, which were super loud. The crew put sheets down throughout the house to ensure the house stayed clean! We highly recommend this wonderful company!
I am currently in the process of writing a detailed description of my experiences. I am waiting to finalize things before I post my honest review. You will want to read my updated review before making a decision on such a major purchase. Tune in soon for an update. Anyone can come out and do an install, for me what really makes or breaks a company is when there is an issue with the install or equipment...how well they handle it as well as how well they communicate.
Chris is dependable and explains everything. Very nice to work with and easy to get in contact with. We will definitely use this company again!!!
I highly recommend SMURL HVAC from my phone call to schedule an appointment for an estimate for ductless air they worked with me what the best time to come. Chris came and before he came into my house he put a sheet down to wipe his shoes off before he came in the house. Mike was amazing and professional. Communication was great to coordinate the date of service. Pricing was great as well, and my heater is back to running like new! Highly recommend!
