Had my sister sentenced on a minor probation violation even though she has been incarcerated for over 3 years . This attorney would not fight for my sister. She’s rude and doesn’t respond well without atitude. She refuses to give my sister her sentencing papers so she can appeal the judges decision based on harsh punishment when she had already been incarcerated for 3 years+ years . And she refuses to give her bar number. We will get it to Moore and file a complaint for sure !
Have yet to get to court with her. If your probono and court apprs her, get some money for a lawyer. She has no time for nonpayinf rule breakers....
