Gerald Penrose has been great, always available when I need to speak with him. The only issue is insurance is way too expensive, we shall see when time for renewal if my insurance will drop considering I have 2 cars and home bundled.
I signed up with Gerald Penrose several years ago. Then I got a mortgage from State Farm which required me to buy insurance from them. I was sorry to leave Allstate. A few years later, SF sold my mortgage and I went right back to Gerald Penrose, where I expect to remain. Thank you, Allstate and Gerry Penrose.

Easy to get an appointment. Down to earth people who understand everyday life and what life throws at an individual. This insurance company seriously has my best interest at heart. It was about my needs and what would work best for me. During the process of getting set up they explained everything on every crazy question I ( ding bat) had.
