Gerald at nest seekers went above and beyond what is job entails. He took on a pre foreclosure situation knowing the risks involved and managed to sell my place so that my entire mortgage was covered and all existing liens. I escaped the 2008 meltdown with no foreclosure on my credit thanks to his perseverance. He even helped stage and decorate the home to make it more sellable and offered to help me paint.
