My mother is a patient here. Had an appointment today, she can hardly walk due to a pinched nerve in her back. I called to swap the appointment to a tela health phone appointment. Left a message with the receptionist called back left a message with the nurse and no call backs at this time. How are older folks supposed to reach this doctor if no one answers the phone??? I am very disappointed ☹. And this is the first time this has happened to my mom.

Dr. Lachance is a phenomenal doctor. He really listens and takes his time to find out what’s wrong. He’s a very caring, thorough and knowledgeable doctor. It’s so nice to have him in Chipley.
Awesome physician! Dr. LaChance has excellent listening skills and is very compassionate. He doesn't rush you through an appointment... he takes the time necessary to properly treat his patients. Maine's loss is Chipley's gain! Highly recommend!
He and Ronda and his nurse Tammy is amazing !!!
