I have been a patient of Dr. Ray for over 15 years. When I tried to get my yearly Exam I was told he was booked up until Feb. ( This was late Nov.) They set me up with his P.A. I was NOT impressed. I was told brusquely that it was too late to have my blood drawn and would have to go to a different lab for it. I never even SAW Dr. Ray to tell him my dissatisfaction. The front desk help was rude. The only bright spot was the excellent nurse. I am searching for a new Doctor. Zero stars.
This guy might be a good doctor but I'll never know it. Patiently waited over two months to get a new patient appt and now pushed to the back of the line d/t Texas snow storm (wait another 1.5 months). Cannot understand why it takes so long to get an appointment, wish they would just state up front "not accepting new patients"..... because in fact that is what's happening. Piss poor office management !!
Dr. Ray is an excellent, professional and confidential physician. He takes the time to listen explain details about your health situation. He's very efficient in referring you to a specialist if needed. I highly recommend him. His nurses/staff are efficient and friendly.
