I am not one to leave bad reviews but If 0 stars were allowed, this would be it. My partner and I are well established, good citizens, current home owners (1 property each) & looking to purchase a home for us & my 9 year old son. This is so embarrassing to even say. He is the sellers agent and we were stereotyped from the beginning. After receiving our offer, he asked what we do for a living (which I found odd since that is the LENDERS job) but we went ahead and provided information even after that insulting question. Worst realtor ever had a much higher offer for a house and wouldn't take it
Going through the process of buying a home this has made me believe that we should expand the welfare system just to get incompetent people like this out of the way. I can't imagine the time and money I would have saved if he wasn't involved with the sale at all. Lawyers charge for their time too. Thanks for helping me make someone else richer! These positive reviews must be family or friends because this experience was horrendous. They had months to prepare for the sale of the home and there were still problems on their end... read more
