Terrible and corrupt service department. My engineer failed at 75k miles, should be covered under warranty. They manipulated my service history to show I did not get timely oil changes. I audited my email history and showed that they were cancelling my appointments while my car was getting serviced and would set me up with a different service than intended. ***** ******* Coordinator talks down to me because I am a women. He will speak to my husband with no problem, but he is extremely condescending when he talks to me. I have been given the runaround with my 2016 *** ****** failure. Worst customer service experience ever. Will never buy a *** again. Avoid this dealership and service department at all costs.

I reached out to her last week, and within 24 hours, had the entire situation handled. *** has approved a new engine for the ***** ***, and we are awaiting the arrival of the engine. ************** has been in loaner car the entire time, and seems very happy with the resolve thus far. She will be dealing with ******************* or myself going forward.
Dropped my 2016 Kia ******* off for an engine diagnostic.They returned my Kia ******* to me with the a rag sitting on top of the engine (fire hazard), and the engine, battery and fuses were completely dismantled. Caps and valve covers were missing.Service manager "****" told me they weren't required to return my vehicle to me in its original state. I've never heard of a dealership doing this. They also "misplaced" my newly replaced spark plugs, but later found them after I threatened legal action.I now have to have a complet... read more
They had a car advertised on several sites, including their own. I wanted to purchase it and they changed the price to the correct price. Then informed me that I would have to pay to correct price. I will never do business with them ever.
