As seasoned customer, I will say the experience with the finance manager at Gerald Jones Volvo was the worst I have ever experienced during my many purchases . The salesman was great but I left and purchased elsewhere due to the rudeness and lack of effort with the finance department . I had a wonderful experience at Volvo in Fletcher , NC and am loving my XC90
This dealership and Mr Dorian Jenkins were exceptional. Dorian gave us every possible rebate when we purchased our Volvo and took all the time necessary to explain all the technical features of this amazing car. We have never had such excellent personal attentive service and help when buying a car. He was over the top! He actually installed the Volvo app and connected the car's bluetooth to my wife's phone.
