Mike and Kevin have directed the care of our vehicles for years. The customer and their vehicle come first. I've been impressed be their efforts and care in making sure my truck runs great.I receive a follow-up call today from Mike, on his off day.You can go anywhere to get an off the line Ford/Lincoln vehicle and they are basically the same. I’m leaving this review because I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. I called five separate times just trying to schedule an appointment. Only one of those calls was ever answered, and when it was, I was placed on hold for 15–20 minutes while waiting for a service advisor to finish with another customer. At no point did I feel like my time or business was valued. Poor communication and poor customer service from the start.
Quick oil change and tire rotation with standard equipment cjecks.
Please avoid this place at all costs.
