Amazing doctor Shepps! Outstanding office! Very organized! Special thanks to Tamika for managing all appointments with great precision. She assisted from the very first initial appointment through the end of all surgery and post op appointments and made the process very smooth. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you 🙏
Arrived to the appointment 10 minutes early and waited for an hour to be seen. Staff was less than pleasant left as I could not wait anymore. I am sure they would not see a patient that was an hour late.
Dr. Schepps us a spectacular physician. His staff is superlative.
What an excellent experience! Was referred to Dr. Shepps by friends and I am so indebted to them for that. What certainly would have been for me a rather frightening surgery instead played out with quiet professionalism, kindness and confidence-inducing calm. Everyone, from the lovely front office staff to surgeon, nurses and technicians, were astonishingly thorough, efficient and left nothing to chance. Ultimately the results speak for themselves: I can see clearly for the first time in years: huzzah!
I had cataract surgery on both eyes this month. Both visits were awesome. The staff were friendly, and Tamika Mercado was a gem managing the whole process. I’m reading with no glasses now and it’s life changing!! 👍👍❤️❤️
